The foundations of our environmental education approach encompass learning in nature, learning about nature, and learning for nature. For our younger children, we focus on providing nature-based experiences that engage all their senses and foster a spirit of adventure. As children grow older, we also introduce them to concepts such as nature conservation, the circular economy, and sustainable development.

For instance, we organize excursions to nearby natural areas, allowing children to explore and appreciate the wonders of the natural world. Additionally, we have fenced off an additional nearby forest area exclusively for the children to explore. Moreover, we establish and maintain our own garden within the kindergarten's premises, providing hands-on experiences in gardening throughout the year. Together, we also educate children on waste sorting and recycling, fostering a sense of environmental responsibility.
